APPROPRIATION - STATE HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT


AN ACT MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE STATE HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT TO RECUT STATE BOUNDARY MARKER NO. 1 AT FENWICK ISLAND IN SUSSEX COUNTY AND FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF STATE BOUNDARY MARKER NO. 85 IN NEW CASTLE COUNTY.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:

Section 1. That the State Highway Department in cooperation, with the State Archivist, is hereby authorized, empowered and directed to recut state boundary marker number 1 at Fen-wick Island in Sussex County and to replace state boundary marker number 85 in New Castle County.

Section 2. There is hereby appropriated the sum of Eighteen Hundred Dollars ($1800.00) to the State Highway Department for the above purposes and the State Treasurer is hereby directed to pay the same upon proper vouchers drawn from time to time by the State Highway Department for the purposes hereinabove set forth.

Section 3. This Act shall be known as a Supplementary Appropriation Act and the monies hereby appropriated shall be paid out of the General Fund of the State Treasury from funds not otherwise appropriated.
