CHAPTER 340 - HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

CONCERNING THE MATTER OF DIRECTING THE DELAWARE LIQUOR COMMISSIONER TO MAKE A SURVEY OF THE DISPENSING OF SPIRITS, WINES AND MALT BEVERAGES AND TO REPORT IN WRITING TO THE 111TH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE.

WHEREAS, it is deemed advisable that a thorough survey should be made by the Delaware. Liquor Commissioner in the matter of the dispensing of spirits, wines and malt beverages, in order that the public interest and welfare may be better served; now therefore

BE IT RESOLVED by the House of Representatives of the State of Delaware, the Senate concurring therein:

That the Delaware Liquor Commissioner be and he is hereby authorized and directed to make a thorough survey of the dispensing of spirits, wines and malt beverages in all places where the same are now or hereafter sold either at wholesale or retail and to make his report in writing to the One Hundred and Eleventh General Assembly of the State of Delaware.
