CHAPTER 31 - APPROPRIATION - TO DEFRAY HIGHER COST OF PRINTING SESSION LAWS

AN ACT MAKING AN EMERGENCY APPROPRIATION TO DEFRAY THE COST OF PRINTING THE SESSION LAWS AND OTHER STATE PRINTING.

WHEREAS, the cost of printing has advanced approximately 25% and

WHEREAS, the funds presently available for the purpose are not sufficient to print the Session Laws of the General Assembly and other state printing as required by law

NOW THEREFORE, Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:

Section 1. There is hereby appropriated as an emergency and a deficiency appropriation the sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) to the Secretary of State to defray the additional cost of the publication of Session Laws passed by the General Assembly and other state printing as required by law.

Section 2. This Act shall be known as a Supplementary Appropriation Bill and the funds hereby appropriated shall be paid out of the General Fund in the State Treasury not otherwise appropriated.
