CHAPTER 24 - APPROPRIATION - STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION-REHABILITATION DIVISION
AN ACT APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL MONEY TO THE STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION FOR THE RELIEF OF THE REHABILITATION DIVISION OF THE STATE BOARD FOR VOCATIONAL EDUCATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:
Section 1. That the sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) be and the same hereby is appropriated to the State Board of Education as a deficiency and emergency appropriation for the use and benefit of the Rehabilitation Division of the State Board for Vocational Education for the portion of fiscal year ending June 30, 1945, to be used only for disabled persons requiring rehabilitation service and not for administrative expenses.
Section 2. Payment of said money shall be made by the State Treasurer upon the order of the State Board for Vocational Education as directed by its qualified executive officer or director.
Section 3. This Act shall be known as a Supplementary Appropriation Act and the funds hereby appropriated shall be paid out of the General Fund of the State Treasury not otherwise appropriated.
