CHAPTER 37 - APPROPRIATION TO DELAWARE STATE HOSPITAL

AN ACT APPROPRIATING CERTAIN MONEY TO DELAWARE STATE HOSPITAL, FARNHURST.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:

Section 1. That the sum of One Hundred Thousand ($100,000) Dollars be and the same is hereby appropriated to the Delaware State Hospital, Farnhurst, for the erection, construction and equipment of certain buildings or annexes.

Section 2. That this Act shall be known as a Supplementary Appropriation Act and the money hereby appropriated shall be paid to. Delaware State Hospital at Farnhurst by the State Treasurer upon warrant or warrants according to law out of the Special Fund at the Farmers' Bank of the State of Delaware, at Dover, consisting of money received from the sale of the bonds authorized by an Act of the General Assembly of the State of Delaware, entitled "An Act Authorizing the State of Delaware to Borrow Two Hundred Ninety Thousand Dollars and Issue Bonds Therefor," approved A. D., 1937.
