§ 4401. Poet Laureate.

The Governor may appoint a Poet Laureate for Delaware to serve at the pleasure of the Governor. The Poet Laureate shall perform such duties as may be requested by the Governor or the Secretary of State or their designees. (29 Del. C. 1953, § 4401; 54 Del. Laws, c. 267; 57 Del.
