AN ACT TO AMEND THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF NEW CASTLE RELATING TO ELECTIONS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Two-thirds of all members elected to each house thereof concurring therein):
SECTION 1. Amend the Charter of the City of New Castle by making deletions as shown by strike through and insertions as shown by underline as follows:
Section 6. Election Procedures
(i) On the day of the election, all polling places will open at 7:00 a.m., local time and close at 7:00 p.m. 8:00 a.m., local time and close at 6 p.m., local time, for the purpose of voting.
