AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 30 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO OCCUPATIONAL AND BUSINESS LICENSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Title 30 of the Delaware Code by making deletions as shown by strike through and insertions as shown by underline as follows:
§ 2126. Confidential reporting of violators.
The Department of Finance shall provide an anonymous reporting system for the reporting of individuals or businesses who have failed to obtain any license required under Chapter 23, 25, 27, or 29 of this Title.
