AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 15 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO ELECTIONS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Title 15 of the Delaware Code by making insertions as shown by underlining as follows:
§4108. Candidates for election.
For State and/or County offices, no person shall simultaneously be a candidate for election to two or more different offices, nor may a person simultaneously be a candidate for election for two or more different political parties.
