AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 9 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE NEW CASTLE COUNTY BUILDING CODE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend § 2502, Title 9 of the Delaware Code by inserting "home improvement contracts and to" between "affecting or relating to" and "the construction, use or occupancy".
