AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 24 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE BOARD OF PROFESSIONAL LAND SURVEYORS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §2703(b), Title 24, Delaware Code by deleting the number "3" in the first sentence after the word "than" and before the word "shall" and replacing it with the number "2".
