AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO FREEDOM OF INFORMATION.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:

Section 1. Amend §10002(c) of Title 29 of the Delaware Code by adding at the end of the subsection the sentence: “Public body shall include any authority created under Chapter 14 of Title 16 of this Code.”.
