AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 26 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO ENERGY EFFICIENCY RESOURCE STANDARDS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:

Section 1. Amend section § 1500, Title 26 of the Delaware Code by striking § 1500(b)(8) in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof a new § 1500(b)(8) as follows:

“(8) Delivery rate structures for regulated natural gas and electric utilities shall be designed to avoid unnecessary impediments to the Energy Efficiency Resource Standards under this Chapter.”
