AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE TAXATION OF LOTTERY WINNINGS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Three-fifths of all members elected to each house thereof concurring therein):

Section 1. Amend § 4817, Title 29, Delaware Code by striking said section in its entirety.

Section 2. This Act shall be effective for tax years beginning after December 31, 2009.
