SENATE BILL NO. 140

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :

Section 1. Amend Section 104(d), Title 14 of the Delaware Code by striking the words "3 residents from New Castle County outside of the City of Wilmington, 1 from Kent County and 1 from Sussex County" and substituting in lieu thereof the following: "2 residents from New Castle County outside the City of Wilmington, 1 from Kent County, 1 from Sussex County, and one member at large."
