AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 7 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO PROTECTED WILDLIFE.

Section 1. Amend §103(d), Chapter 1, Title 7 of the Delaware Code by inserting after the word “deer” and before the word “shall” in the first sentence thereof the following:

“or wild turkeys”.

Section 2. Amend 103(d), Chapter 1, Title 7 of the Delaware Code by inserting after the period “.” at the end of the third sentence thereof the following:

“Whoever violates any rule or regulation of the Department pertaining to wild turkeys shall be guilty of a class B environmental misdemeanor for each offense.”
