AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 11 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO SPECIFIC OFFENSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend Title 11, Chapter 5, Subchapter V, §1102(a)(4) by inserting the phrase “, either by sight or sound,” between the words “was witnessed” and “by a child” as they appear therein.
