AN ACT TO AMEND THE MUNICIPAL CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF WYOMING (43 DEL. LAWS 189) TO DESIGNATE THE FISCAL YEAR FOR THE TOWN AS JULY 1 THROUGH JUNE 30
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Two-thirds of all members elected to each house thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. Amend Chapter 43, Volume 189, Laws of Delaware, as amended, by amending Section 20 as follows: replace the word “May” in the first sentence with the word “July” and replace the word “April” in the first sentence with the word “June.”
