AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE DISABILITY INSURANCE PROGRAM.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend Title 29, §5251(e) of the Delaware Code by adding after the (.) the following sentence:
“This shall include any employee who is collecting benefits pursuant to Title 11, §8352(4) of the
