AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 11 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS' BILL OF RIGHTS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend § 9200(b), Title 11 of the Delaware Code by inserting the following “or a State Fire Marshall Deputy” immediately following the words “or a Probation and Parole Officer of the Department of Corrections” and immediately prior to the words “or a state detective”.
Section 2. Amend § 9200(b), Title 11 of the Delaware Code by inserting the following: “, or an agent of the State Division of Alcohol and Tobacco Enforcement” immediately following “the Department of Justice” and immediately prior to “; provided, however,”.
