AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 15 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO PURPOSE AND MEANING OF LAWS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend Title 15 of the Delaware Code by inserting as a new § 102 as follows:
Ҥ 102. Deadline Interpretation in this Title.
Except for deadlines that are specifically set on a Saturday, Sunday or a holiday, all deadlines in this Title that fall on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday shall be the next official business day at 4:30 p.m.”.
