AN ACT TO AMEND THE FISCAL YEAR 2008 BOND AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS ACT; AMENDING TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO DRAINAGE; AND AMENDING THE LAWS OF DELAWARE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Three-fourths of all members elected to each house thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. Amend 76 Del. Laws, c. 79, Section 1 Addendum, page A-4, by:
(a) Deleting the number “480,000” as it appears in the column entitled “General Funds” for the project entitled “Stanton/Wilmington Renovations” and inserting in lieu thereof the number “613,600” in the column entitled “Bond Authorizations” and “326,400” in the column entitled “Reversion/Reauthorization and Reprogramming” for the project entitled “Stanton/Wilmington Renovations” and further amending the Section 1 Addendum by recalculating the column entitled “Total” for the project entitled “Stanton/Wilmington Renovations”;
(b) Deleting the number “380,000” as it appears in the column entitled “General Funds” for the project entitled “Campus Improvements: Owens Campus” and inserting in lieu thereof the number “480,000” in the column entitled “General Funds” for the project entitled “Campus Improvements: Owens Campus” and further amending the Section 1 Addendum by recalculating the column entitled “Total” for the project entitled “Campus Improvements: Owens Campus”;
(c) Deleting the number “613,600” as it appears in the column entitled “Bond Authorizations” and “326,400” as it appears in the column entitled “Reversions/Reauthorization and Reprogramming” for the project entitled “Campus Improvements: Terry Campus” and inserting in lieu thereof the number “380,000” in the column entitled “General Funds” for the project entitled “Campus Improvements: Terry Campus” and further amending the Section 1 Addendum by recalculating the column entitled “Total” for the project entitled “Campus Improvements: Terry Campus”.
Section 2. Amend 76 Del. Laws, c. 79, §10 (b) by deleting the project entitled “Campus Improvements: Terry Campus” as it appears on line 17, page 12 and inserting in lieu thereof the project entitled “Stanton/Wilmington Campus Renovations”.
Section 3. Amend 76 Del. Laws, c. 79 by adding a new Section 147 to read as follows:
“Section 147. Assawoman Canal. The Section 1 Addendum to this Act appropriates $5,037,500 for Beach Preservation. Of this amount, $200,000 shall be used to complete the dredging of the Assawoman Canal as approved by the General Assembly in 75 Del. Laws, c. 98.”
Section 4. Amend 76 Del. Laws, c. 79 §121 by deleting the sentence immediately preceding the final sentence as it appears on line 22, page 65 in said section.
Section 5. Amend 76 Del. Laws, c 79, §2, page 4 by inserting after line 25 the following lines and recalculating all totals and subtotals therein as follows:

Section 6.
Bayard Middle School. Of the funds appropriated to 95-51-00-7810 (Sterck School), up to $3,600,000 shall be used as the state match for the renovation of Bayard Elementary School into a Middle School.
Section 7. New Castle County VoTech School District – St. Georges Technical High School. The New Castle County VoTech School District is authorized to construct athletic fields and bleachers at the St. Georges Technical High School at a cost not to exceed $2,000,000. The district is authorized to use local funds for said construction and recoup these funds from current and future allocations of Division III allocations.
Section 8. Amend 76 Del. Laws, c. 79, Section 1 Addendum, page A-5 by:
(a) Deleting the project entitled “Milford, Land Acquisition for 720 Pupil Elementary School (77/23)” and inserting in lieu thereof the project entitled “Milford, Land Acquisition/Extraordinary Site Costs for 720 Pupil Elementary School (77/23)”; and
(b) Deleting the project entitled “Milford, Land Acquisition for 1,000 Pupil Middle School (77/23)” and inserting in lieu thereof the project entitled “Milford, Land Acquisition/Extraordinary Site Costs for 1,000 Pupil Middle School (77/23)”.
Section 9. Amend 76 Del. Laws, c. 79, §2, page 3, by deleting the project entitled “Milford, Land Acquisition for 720 Pupil ES (77/23)” on line 31 and inserting in lieu thereof the project entitled “Milford, Land Acquisition/Extraordinary Site Costs for 720 Pupil ES (77/23)” and further amend 76 Del. Laws, c. 79, §2, page 3, by deleting the project entitled “Milford, Land Acquisition for 1,000 Pupil MS (77/23)” on line 33 and inserting in lieu thereof the project entitled “Milford, Land Acquisition/Extraordinary Site Costs for 1,000 Pupil MS (77/23)”.
Section 10. Amend 29 Del. C. §6102A (h)(6) by deleting the word “Any” as it appears therein and inserting in lieu thereof the word “Drainage”.
