BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :

Section 1. Amend § 907B, Title 11 of the Delaware Code by inserting after “police officer” the following: “, firefighter, emergency medical technician (EMT), paramedic or fire police” wherever it occurs in the Section.
