AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 13 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO MARRIAGE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend Section 101 of Title 13 of the Delaware Code by striking subsections (b)(1), (b)(2), (b)(3), (b)(4), (b)(5), and (c).
Section 3. Amend subsection 122(b) of Title 13 by striking said subsection in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
“(b) The application shall contain a certification by each applicant that he or she is not of a prohibited degree of relationship.”
