AN ACT TO AMEND THE MUNICIPAL CHARTER OF THE CITY OF NEWARK RELATING TO THE ELIMINATION OF THE HOUSE SERGEANT POSITION.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Two-thirds of all members elected to each house thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. Amend the third and fourth paragraphs of §702.3 of the Newark Municipal Code by deleting them in their entirety.
