BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §106(a), Title 13 of the Delaware Code by deleting the words “and the several” before the word “clerks” and by inserting after the word “counties” the following phrase:
“and current and former judges from other jurisdictions with written authorization by the Clerk of the Peace from the county in Delaware where the ceremony is to be performed”
