AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO STATE PLANNING AND COUNTY IMPACT FEES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend § 9124, Chapter 91, Title 29 of the Delaware Code by striking subsection (b), in its entirety.
Section 2. This Act shall be effective as of December 31, 1997.
