AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 16 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE PRESCRIPTION DRUG PAYMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend §3004B(5), Title 16 of the Delaware Code by striking said subsection in its entirety, and by redesignating subsections (6) through (8) thereof as subsections (5) through (7) respectively.
Section 2. Amend the current §3004B(7), Title 16 of the Delaware Code by striking the “; and” at the end of the sentence, and by substituting in lieu thereof the phrase, “or qualify for a Medicare Part D Special Enrollment Period as an eligible person under the Delaware Prescription Drug Payment Assistance Program; and”.
Section 3. This Act becomes effective January 1, 2007.
