AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 23 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO PILOTAGE RATES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §131(a)(2), Chapter 1, Title 23 Delaware Code by striking the wording thereof and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
“(2) The charges per unit shall be as follows:
Effective January 1, 2007 ……………….$10.88 per unit.
Effective January 1, 2008 ……………….$11.42
Effective January 1, 2009………………...$11.88
Effective January 1, 2010………………..$12.36”
Section 2. Amend §131(a)(3), Chapter 1, Title 23, Delaware Code by striking the wording thereof and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
“(3) There shall be a minimum charge of 200 units and a maximum unit charge as follows:
Effective January 1, 2007 ………………1,350 units
Effective January 1, 2008……………….1,400 units
Effective January 1, 2009 ………………1,400 units
Effective January 1, 2010 ………………1,400 units”
Section 3. Amend §131(b)(2), Chapter 1, Title 23 Delaware Code by striking the wording thereof and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
“(2) The charges per unit shall be as follows:
Effective January 1, 2007 ……………….$10.88 per unit.
