AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 16 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE DELAWARE HEALTHY CHILDREN PROGRAM.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend §9907 of Chapter 99 of Title 16 of the Delaware Code by inserting a new subsection to read as follows:
"(j) The program shall be designed such that program coverage shall include the provision of dental services to children enrolled in the program."
