AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 16 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE COMPOSITION OF THE DELAWARE HEALTH INFORMATION NETWORK.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend §9921, Title 16, Delaware Code, by deleting from paragraph (b) the words “Delaware Health Care Coalition” and replacing in lieu thereof the words, “Secretary of the Department of Technology and Information”.
