BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE : Section 1. Amend § 730, Title 13 of the Delaware Code by deleting the Section in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the following: “§ 730. Petition to Modify Custody. A party seeking to modify a custody order shall file a verified petition setting forth facts supporting the requested modification.”. Section 2. This Act shall be effective upon enactment.
