AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 21 OF THE DELAWARE CODE PERTAINING TO SPECIFIC SPEED LIMITS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend § 4169(a), Title 21 of the Delaware Code by striking the word “crossings” as it appears in subparagraph (3) and inserting in lieu thereof the word “zone”.
