AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 13 OF THE DELAWARE CODE PERTAINING TO CHILD SUPPORT ORDERS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend § 513(d)(1) of Chapter 5, Title 13 of the Delaware Code by striking the words “parent” and “parents” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “party” and “parties”.
Section 2. Amend § 513(d)(1) of Chapter 5, Title 13 of the Delaware Code by striking the period at the end of paragraph (1) and adding the following:
“or as provided in § 6-205(a)(2) of this Title.”.
