AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 16 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO FIRE DEPARTMENTS AND FIRE POLICE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend § 6710(a), Title 16 of the Delaware Code by striking the second sentence of this paragraph in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"The advisory committee shall be composed of eight (8) members, whose names shall be submitted to the Commission by resolution of the following respective organizations: six (6) representatives, two (2) from each county from the Delaware Volunteer Firemen's Association, one (1) representative from the non-fire department owned volunteer ambulance organizations, and one (1) representative from the privately owned ambulance companies.".
