AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 52, VOLUME 75, LAWS OF DELAWARE RELATING TO CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend Chapter 52, Volume 75, Laws of Delaware by adding a new section to that Act to read as follows:
“Section 2. The effective date of this Act shall be October 1, 2005.”
