AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 30 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATED TO LAND AND HISTORIC RESOURCE TAX CREDIT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend § 1816(a) of Title 30 of the Delaware Code by deleting the figure “$3,000,000” and replacing thereto with “$5,000,000”.
Section 2. Amend § 1816(b) of Title 30 of the Delaware Code by deleting the figure “$3,000,000” wherever it appears and substituting in lieu thereof “$5,000,000”.
