FORMERLY
AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO HEALTH CARE INSURANCE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend Title 29, Chapter 52, § 5202(b)(1) of the Delaware Code by adding after the phrase “disability pension” and before the comma “,” the following:
“or primary survivors receiving a survivor’s pension under Title 11, § 8372(a) due to death in the line of duty of the employee”.
Section 2. Amend Title 29, Chapter 52, § 5202(b)(2) of the Delaware Code by adding after the phrase “disability pension” and before the comma “,” the following:
“or primary survivors receiving a survivor’s pension under Title 11, § 8372(a) due to death in the line of duty of the employee”.
Section 3. The Bill shall be retroactively effective from July 1, 2004.
