AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 14 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO OFFICIAL RECORDS OF ELECTIONS IN REORGANIZED SCHOOL DISTRICTS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend § 1081(d), Title 14 of the Delaware Code, by striking the term “1 year” as it appears therein and by substituting in lieu thereof the term “5 years”.
