AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 11 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO SENTENCING.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend § 4347(c) of Title 11 of the Delaware Code by adding the following sentence at the end of said subsection:
“Among the factors the Board shall consider when determining if a defendant shall be placed on parole are as follows: job skills, progress towards or achievement of a General Equivalency Diploma, substance abuse treatment and anger management and conflict resolution.”.
