BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE : Section 1. Amend § 4185, Title 21 of the Delaware Code, by striking subsection (c) thereof in its entirety and by substituting in lieu thereof the following: “(c) The operator of a motorcycle shall keep at least 1 hand on a handgrip of the handlebars at all times when moving.” Approved June 30, 2005
