AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 14 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE SCHOOL DISTRICT ENROLLMENT CHOICE PROGRAM.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend Title 14, § 402 (b) of the Delaware Code by inserting “, relative caregiver pursuant to § 202 (f) of this Title” immediately before the word “or” and following the second appearance of the word “parent” therein.
Section 2. Amend Title 14, § 403 (a) of the Delaware Code by deleting the words “State Board of Education” in the first sentence therein and substituting the words “Department of Education” in lieu thereof.
