AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 19 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO PAYMENT OF WORKERS' COMPENSATION BENEFITS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Section 2360 of Title 19, Delaware Code by adding the following phrase in the first sentence of this Section after the word “compensation”:
“, except benefits pursuant to Section 2326 of this title,”.
