BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend § 6601(1), Title 18 of the Delaware Code, by striking the semi-colon “;” at the end of subparagraph b thereof and by inserting in lieu thereof the following:
“, and national guard members activated for federal service under Title 10 of the United States Code;”.
