AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 59 OF TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO LEAVE REGULATIONS FOR EXEMPT POSITIONS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend §5905(c) of Chapter 59 of Title 29 of the Delaware Code by adding a new sentence at the end of that subsection to read as follows:
"This section also applies to retired Delaware State Police who return to State service and who otherwise meet the eligibility requirements for retirement under the Delaware State Employees Pension Plan."
