AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 14 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE PROCEDURES FOR TERMINATION OF SERVICES OF PROFESSIONALS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend § 1402, Title 14 of the Delaware Code, by striking the words “registered mail” as they appear therein and by substituting in lieu thereof the phrase “certified mail, with a return receipt requested.”
