AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 13, VOLUME 74, LAWS OF DELAWARE BY REVISING THE SUNSET PROVISION RELATING TO THE PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS BOARD.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE : BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Chapter 13, Volume 74, Laws of Delaware, Section 22 by deleting the date “March 31, 2005” and substituting in lieu thereof the date “June 30, 2006”.
