AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 12 RELATING TO THE DELAWARE UNIFORM TRANSFERS TO MINORS ACT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend §4501, Title 12 of the Delaware Code by deleting subsection (8) thereof, and substituting the following new subsection (8):
“(8) ‘Guardian’ means a person appointed or qualified by a court to act as general, limited, or temporary guardian or conservator of a minor’s property.”
Section 2. Amend §4507(c), Title 12 of the Delaware Code by inserting after the word “property” as found in the first location therein, the word “exceeds”.
