BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend § 9703(a)(3), Title 16 of the Delaware Code by adding the phrase “, or at the discretion of the Secretary, the Director of Public Health” after the word “Services” as it appears therein.
