BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Amend § 1715 of Title 7 of the Delaware Code by inserting in the last sentence after “low water mark” the following:
“except those lands within a municipality which has enacted an ordinance governing the activities of dogs on said real property”.
